As explained in the official support page ( https://support.google.com/pixelphone/answer/16340779 ), not all phones are affected by the battery issue. Yours is not, so you're not eligible for the compensation or free battery replacement. That has nothing to do with the geographical market or mean of purchase of the product. If your phone was affected, even if purchased in an unsupported market, you'd still be told the phone is affected by the battery issue (then it would be more difficult for you to claim compensation for it, but nonetheless, you'd still be told your Pixel 6a is affected). You'll still receive the update, but the "part" of the update that triggers the reduction of battery capacity at 400 cycles won't be enabled on your device. All people who have an affected Pixel 6a and install the July update, will receive a notification telling them they're affected, before they become affected (375 cycles) and when they become affected (400 cycles). If you're not affected, you won't receive any notification and your phone's battery capacity won't be reduced (that said, that doesn't mean your battery life won't be shit - it's still normal for batteries to lose capacity over time, but that's beside the scope of this campaign).
