I’ve tried it. Not impressed. The friend I went with has been to Hells Kitchen in Vegas and she said it was much better than his new restaurant in Boston. We each had a Caesar salad, beef Wellington, and shared a dessert. Two drinks each. Cost $170pp with tip Edit: food and service were slow too. Happy birthday! So you got the Tuna Tartare appetizer, the Beef Wellington entree and the Sticky Toffee Pudding dessert. It all looks yummy. My wife and I were at the Hell's Kitchen flagship location in Las Vegas in the summer of last year, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and she loved her wellie , too! And the lobster risotto. We still regret skipping dessert; we shoulda tried that sticky toffee pudding. We were just so full, though! :) Sometime in the next sixty days they are supposed to open the second Ramsay's Kitchen location, this one at the Harrah's Las Vegas, on the strip (and making it his sixth restaurant in Vegas). At around the same time, Boston is supposed to get a Gordon Ramsay Burger at the downtown location of Canopy by Hilton hotel. We tried them in Vegas, too, and that was undoubtedly the best hamburger I've ever eaten! I recommend the Stout Burger from their menu, but my wife enjoyed the Farmhouse Burger .
