I have the RGBIC car lights from Govee. They automatically set to flashing with music when I turn them on (it’s illegal to have flashing lights in cars in my area). I’d like it to automatically start a DIY scene instead, but everything I tried just defaults to music.

Tried using the key fob, pushing the button before shutting the car off, using the app to turn the lights off - every time I turn my car off and back on the lights default to music. Software is up to date.

I’d rather not have to open the app, connect to bluetooth, and change the settings every time I drive.

Is there a way to fix this?

Earlier I went to the auto shop and I saw that they had led strips for the cars and I was interested in them. I didn’t want to buy from them though because I already own quite a few Govee lights and trust the company. I felt inspired and saw that there was a flash sale and I bought the underglow lights and the strip lights.

I saw good reviews but I remember reading some bad ones on here so I want to know what are the goods/bad about the lights.
