Install second COB Strip Pro
So many questions about govee pro v2

We're in the process of renovating our house and I'm planning to take the opportunity to properly install strip lighting to form a loop around the perimeter of the room, probably on the walls a foot or so from the ceiling. I'm pretty sure I want to go with Govee, they seem like the best choice if I want high quality hardware + the software support to actually do anything cool with it, but I am still struggling to make up my mind between the Light Strip Pro 2 and the COB strips.
From what I've read, the Pro 2s will give me significantly better color accuracy, especially for whites and low saturation colors thanks to the second white LED and fancy lumenblend stuff, while the COB will give me significantly higher brightness and are basically spotless out of the box whereas the Pro 2s would need a pretty hefty diffuser to avoid noticeable spots. How big are the differences between them and did I leave any major differences out that I should also consider? If I put the Pro 2s around my whole room and put them on 100% neutral white, will that be bright enough for primary room lighting?
One other thing I'm not clear on: I've read that both kits top out at 10 meters for a single strip, which isn't quite long enough to do the whole room in one run. I've also heard mixed things on how well the Govee app can handle syncing up two adjacent strips to look good when running animated lighting effects. Would I be better off just going with each wall as its own strip, or maybe two equal length strips dividing the room in half? Can the Govee app make this a non-issue these days or would I need to use something like SignalRGB on a PC to get truly seamless animations across multiple strips?
TL;DR: I could use help picking between COB and Pro 2 strips for my bedroom, and clarifications/advice on combining multiple strips to go beyond 10 meters without making all the fancy lighting effects look janky.
(Bonus question: what other cool Govee things would you recommend? Strong preference for things that support Matter so I can integrate it more easily with iOS/HomeKit stuff, but if it's really cool I guess I can fiddle with IFTTT and roll my own integration ; )
I also lined up the previously installed top strip so the middle segment is centered with the TV and also did the same with the bottom strip, The lights line up well and it seems pretty accurate now. One more 10'ft COB strip coming in next week and I will be maxed on the 10 devices that the AI Sync Box 2 allows. Will post a final update when I get it installed. As always any constructive feedback and comments is appreciated.
