Can anyone shed some light on the main differences here, and if going from a T2 kit is an overall upgrade/downgrade or alternative option?
From whay I've seen spec wise, the 3 Features RGBIC+W vs no W on the t2, however it carries 30leds per vs 60 on the t2.
Additionally, the T2 sports a dual camera design while the 3 has a single fisheye lens.
So, does it make sense getting the 3 if I have the t2? And, since this is a 'lite' what are the odds of a 'pro' version launching?
Edit -
I'm staying will the T2 till a better version appears.

The Lite will definitely not be better than the T2 at that price. The LED count makes huge difference in fluid animation as well. Agreed that there’s gonna be a pro or ultra version coming.

I see most posts recommend turning both of these settings way down but I'm not sure what looks best for my eyes (I'm still playing around with it) so what settings should I try?
If it matters I have a darker blue green wall backing the TV so I'm sure that will affect my settings compared to yours but I'm still curious.

May 3, 2021 - However, with my new TV (Sony 65 inch full array LED) the colors are pretty inaccurate most of the time which is an indication that it definitely has something to do with the TVs panel technology/brightness. This new Sony should be a better TV in terms of color accuracy and viewing angles but it performs worse with the Govee immersion set than my older Hisense.

I just bought the Govee lights for my tv and am struggling to get the accuracy for the colors. Sometimes it seems to be good then sometimes it doesn’t follow at all. Any suggestions?

There’s too many varying factors. I have a T1 with 5 pairs of light bars synced to it. I had accuracy problems too and bought DN filters from Amazon which sorted the problem, but I needed the filters on constantly. I then changed the layout of my living room a year later and placed the tv on the opposite side. The results were that I don’t need the filters at all during the day but as soon as the sun goes down my colours go off a bit, especially seeing red when the screen is dark, so I put the filters back on and all is fine again. However, if I keep them on during the day my colours are off again, go figure?? So in short, varying factors about the TVs surroundings can play a big part in accuracy
