Installed a new Graco Snugride Snuglock 35 DLX. I think the level bubble should be a bit further left but the base is as high as it can go. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Okay, first, you have no coverage/warranty with the soft pad underneath it in the United States. Car seats are not designed to have a pad underneath them and there are laws in place for the design for vehicle seats in the US to have specifications for use of car seats. Check the documentation that came with the car seat or call Graco to be sure. Now, the simpler stuff: is the car level? I made that mistake as Uncle one day. The seat appears to be appropriately installed and the bubble is within standard placement. That blue line is about 5 to 7 degrees of tilt (i.e., a very small window). If the bubble is behind the blue line, you're set!

Hi Everyone,
I just got done installing the car seat, rear facing, for small toddler. This was for our 2nd car. I am using Britax ClickTight in our first car, so this installation was new and required a bit of struggle. Although the car seat has very little give when moving it around and for sure moves less than an inch in direction, something just does not feel right in regards to how the belt looks from the outside.
Can you guys take a look and let me know your thoughts on this installation?

Fire departments (or sometimes police departments) often have trained staff who are certified child passenger safety technicians who will check car seat installation for free. I reccomended seeing if yours offers this service. It’s super helpful and offers great peace of mind to have a professional verify the seat is good to go.

Hello! Transitioning my almost 6 year old to highback booster mode but I can’t figure out if the top tether stays in the same spot as before or if I’m supposed to adjust it somewhere else. The manual seems like I am supposed to move it but can’t figure out how/where. Thanks in advance!

The only place for a tether to go is to the top tether anchor. You're welcome to use it, and the lower anchors, in booster mode.

Something needs to hold the empty booster in place when your child isn’t riding. Else it will fall (or be thrown) off the backseat in a quick stop or collision. You can connect the lower anchors and top tether so the booster is always held in its spot. The alternative would be buckling the seatbelt across the empty booster after every ride.
