This hotel is hotel is still grand/great/up to Hyatt standards, however, there were a few minor bumps during my stay as they transitioned back to normal. The on-site hotel restaurant, Courier, is open. However, there were some inconsistencies with hotel employees knowing what time is actually opened for breakfast.
