Lovely floor. I would work with the gray that is found through MOST of the tile. Not dark...not super light. I vote a gray that matches 80% of the tile. Ignore the darker and lighter stripes. Find one that blends VERY well with the most of the tile = the most forgiving colour possible.

I dont want the pattern to look too busy, but also dont want it to look all black/too dark ... go darker. on the vertical and with this pattern you will see design, even if the grout matched the tile.

We had to have a bathroom floor retiled because of a flood, and I can’t for the life of me figure out what goes with this gray hexagonal tile w/black grout in the shower.
They tried to do a whole modern farmhouse motif throughout this whole house (which I’m not crazy about, but trying to go with it since I can’t redo the whole thing), and originally had a light colored patterned tile on this floor.
There’s also a wooden, farmhouse style vanity that will go back in here.
Help! Open to wall color suggestions as well.
P.S. I’d love to add some Mediterranean colors (teals, blues, ocean colors) to this bathroom, but so far nothing I’ve come up with really goes with that gray/black shower tile…
