They are manufactured by Grizzly Tools . You can get them direct from there, just a different label. was told that they'd been withdrawn across North Wales to make room for other products. Eh? Not Wales but England, they not long put 20v stock out so I don't know what they are talking about. BTW, you can buy Parkside tools on Amazon and eBay new, I don't mean someone purchased from Lidl then decided they didn't want it. More on reddit.com

I just read this and I swear it could easily be me posting this. I was also in the hunt to buy a 12v drill from parkside, mainly because of the weight and the removable chuck. I don't need it for professional use, just some furniture assembly and some work around the house. I read the good reviews about c3 and d4 and suddenly e4 arrives in my country. First thing that worried me, was the price. Even with inflation and stuff, it was was cheaper than the previous versions. When I got it, i noticed some wobble when used with bits. (not with chuc though) I searched online and saw that most drills aren't perfectly centered (there was a video of a new milwaukee being quite wobbly too) so I said i ll go buy a second one and keep the one that is less wobbly. The next day when I was comparing both side to side, i also noticed the first one being slightly less powerful. I went to put the torque wheel to drill setting on both but on first drill it wouldn't turn. It reached 16 and managed to turn up to 17 with a squeak. So i returned it as a defective and kept the second one. I also read on a forum that 2 people had their drills die on their hands after they tried using a 4ah battery with them. I believe the quality dropped greatly because of this OWIM manufacturer. More on reddit.com
