Last week, in March, I sent another message demanding that they respond to the warranty request. Silence. It is now March 17th, more than 3 months after I filed the warranty request. When I try to call Grohe, I'm directed to an automated message that then hangs up on me. There is no customer service.

November 11, 2010 - Sadly when I call up Grohe today I get the corporate spew that this is normal wear and tear and Grohe warranty will not cover. Why the hell we pay big money for lifetime warranty if it is not that? The limited part has no definition so I am not sure what is NOT covered.
