Hello everyone, I am working on mystical agriculture in my skyblock world and was wondering what would be faster, botany pots w/ insanium soil, or possibly cloches? I know Rats and things like that aren't in this pack, so I can't have the little guys lend a hand, but if anyone has any info I'd greatly appreciate it.

Pedestal with range and speed enchant, it is really fast. You need to get the fertilizer upgrade for the pedestal which is quite easy and then you need to take the fertilizer upgrade and add an enchant to it. I would suggest making a mob farm and use a mob crusher to get essence and then using an enchanting factory to apply random enchants and then using the enchantment remover (I can't remember it's name but it's from industrial foregoing) and the enchantment applicator to put the removed enchantments back onto the upgrade. Next is to progress to the point where you can get atleast 4 terrasteel and turn that into a mystical agriculture seed to get more terrasteel so that you can make the hopping botany pots quicker. Then I haven't noticed a difference with using infernium or supremium farmland with regards to speed. Certain tier plants will only grow on certain essence farmland so for example tier 1 seeds like dirt seeds can grow on infernium all the way up to insanium but tier 5/6 seeds (diamond) will only grow on supremium or higher essence farmland. Then you can make as many hopping botany pots as you want and then place the pedestal in the middle of where you are growing the plants. The "pedestal speed upgrade V" increases the speed by x20 and the "pedestal range upgrade V" increases the range from 3x3x3 to 13x13x3 ( the 3 blocks high is from the level of the pedestal upwards, it does not go under the pedestal so if you place the pedestal in the air it won't grow the crops. Side note: I did notice the pedestal being more effective on regular crops placed in tilled land. But it definitely boosted my crop growth and just place the hopping botany pots on a chest or crate and you can afk or carry on with other stuff and it will gather essence, seeds and fertilizer for you. Currently have a planter and sower (+12 addon) with pedestals scattered around, using ?fertilising charm? enchanted to level V range, area and speed. It's pretty mental to be honest.

I dont know if the lilypad of fertility works on sugarcane, but you could try. For extra speed you could add some accele-rat-ors on top!

Level up your enchanting setup with Hell shelves (completely surround the enchanting table 2 blocks high, and also the floor around it). Once you get all those placed, one at a time, start enchanting the shelves themselves with the Hell enchant and placing them back down. Use Melon shelves to lower the Quanta value so you get less chaotic enchants. Use a vanilla grindstone to remove all the enchants and try again, you get all your levels back. A disenchantment table uses power and books to remove enchants also.

I've seen some YouTube videos in which people are able to get enchantments above the normal caps (fortune 20, efficiency 20, etc.) using I believe the pedestals mod.
Unfortunately there is very little documentation I've been able to find for the pedestals mod and I was wondering if anyone happened to know how this was done or know of any resources that might be able to explain it.

One enchantment pedestal with chest under it and another without either about 2 or 3 blocks away, with an exp pedestal feeding the chest pedestal exp. Pair the bare pedestal to the enchanting pedestal. Enchantment book goes in chest first then thing you're enchanting into bare pedestal. If enchant doesn't apply, you need more xp or bookshelves around enchantment pedestal to increase xp cap
