So I've been assigned as a Google Workspace for Education admin for quite some time now, with my role mainly having been managing user accounts and passwords. After some personnel changes that has changed somewhat and this whole Workspace environment has fallen more and more onto my lap. Now, I have plenty of experience from Windows enviroments, and Google Workspace certainly seems a lot more... cleaner? Simpler? But at the same time there hasn't been a proper training given for the admin role.
Where should I go, or who should I contacts, to set up a proper Google Workspace Admin training for myself and a few others who have also been given this admin role?
There is some Qwiklabs online thing where you read stuff and do some sort of exercises, and it apparently goes through all the functionality to some degree, but is that enough? The documentation for Google Workspace is pretty good from my experience but I feel like a more focused, structured approach is needed.

Anyone having any issues logging into your G Suite Admin Console or any of your accounts?
I was logged in maybe 40 minutes to reset a users password. Logged out, and then about a couple of minutes later I had to log back in (no big deal I have done this many many times in the past, been a G Suite customer for about 10 years now). However now I am getting an error message telling me I am locked out after too many failed attempts. And because of the too many failed attempts to try again in a few hours. FYI - I am also getting this on my personal Gmail account and the Gmail account I used a long time ago to setup my G Suite account. Everything has two factor authentication, I have received no text messages (other than the one I used to successfully login with) to indicate logins.
The problem is, support is next to nothing because it is all based inside your G Suite Admin Console, and I cannot get into it to even with get with support. I managed to find a phone number, and after explaining my issues managed to get to a page to submit a ticket, which support confirmed on the phone they got, and that someone would contact me in in about an hour.
Is anyone else having any issues? It is just weird. I cannot login to any Gmail account on my computer, even with incognito mode. I even took out another laptop I use for things and tried with that, same thing. However I am getting emails in Outlook and the mail app on my iPhone. Very strange.
