Anyone here visited/lived in a US territory? (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc)
I spent a month in Puerto Rico one summer. The thing you have to remember about these sort-of US islands is that the COL is crazy expensive. Like, I couldn't believe the grocery prices in PR. I guess everything being imported (plus the impact of the Jones Act of 1920) raises the cost of almost everything. That said, yeah, the housing is probably cheaper than Hawaii. More on reddit.com

Have you ever visited American overseas territories like Guam? If so what were they like?
Been to Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico and the U.S Virgin Islands. All are nice. They seem more like their indigenous culture than American. More on reddit.com
