I agree with the other comment about marketing. If you're trying to sell a fun kiddy game to the general public and not prescriptivists, "who" is the easier/better choice to make. Also, if you/the game makers ever want to justify it this way, maybe the full phrase isn't meant to be "guess whom I'm describing" but "guess who is being described" or "guess who is on my card," wherein "who" is grammatically correct More on reddit.com
