Why choose a 10th generation Intel Core processor laptop?
What are the different types of processor series in a laptop?
Are Intel gaming laptops suitable for tasks beyond gaming?
hello I'm trying to buy a laptop
i got three options here that I'm confused with them
Acer nitro / Core i9 12900H - 4060 140W version - 16Gb RAM DDR5 1050$
HP VICTUS / Ryzen 7 8845H 5.1GHZ - 16GB RAM DDR5 - 4070 laptop version 1175$
Dell G15 / Core i7 13650HX - RTX 4060 laptop version - 16GB RAM DDR5 1050$
I will mainly use it for construction programs like AutoCAD etc. ..
so power is my main point here
I was thinking to get the acer nitro because of the GPU but my friends said the Dell G15 would be better because of its CPU
can anyone give a second opinion
Thanks
I am confused which processor to buy either the u series or the h series. I came accross controversial facts regarding u series processor the best for excel use. Say for example I have a dataset of around 100,000 entries, which one should I prefer. By the way I thought of leaning towards i5 12th gen processors
how are i5 1235U, 1334U, 1235U, 1335U
&
r5 7530U, 5500U, 7730U, 5700U, 7520U, 7730U
when compared to -
i5-12450H
Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 5600HS
Ryzen 5 Quad Core 5500H
i5-12500H
i7-13700H
Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 5600H
i5-13420H
Ryzen 7 Octa Core 5800HS
i7-13700H
I'm considering buying a ThinkPad T14 Gen 6 Intel variant. They have three Intel Core Ultra processor options - H, U and V series. Any idea how they compare against each other? What are the use cases of each of them?
Also, the three series are described as AI PCs. However, the V series is also categorized as a Copilot+ PC. Is it any good? Just a side note, all three series have a Copilot quick launch key on the keyboard.
Lastly, they have two graphics options - Intel Arc and Intel integrated. The H and V series have Intel Arc graphics, and the U series has Intel integrated graphics. How are they different?
