Can I hydrate/moisturize my hair with natural oils (jojoba, coconut or black castor oil) everyday without taking it out? (I wash my hair once a week).
Oils themselves don't hydrate. But they can be great for locking in hydration. Jojoba oil especially is great for locking in moisture for high porosity hair. So you can use your leave in conditioner, follow that up with jojoba oil, and leave that in your hair until your next wash day; and the oil will help a lot in keeping your hair moisturized for longer.
