Because I spend most of the fall sewing garb for the Renaissance Fair, and most of the early spring sewing elaborate cosplay for the spring con season, I keep it easy at Hallowe'en, too! This year I think I'm going to try to pull together a Liv Moore costume from "iZombie." Kind of schlumpy Gen-Xer style clothes (apparently that's back again?!) + lab coat & morgue name badge + white wig & pale makeup + bowl of shrimp & hot sauce.

We used the nightie pattern again with a solid black cotton fabric. Store bought black tights and long sleeve t-shirt are worn underneath. Over the top is two layered tulle skirts. I actually made a bunch of them- if they look too big in this picture, it’s because they are. I made them to last for a bunch of years. This is last year’s costume. As you can see Mr.Man was a sweet adorable little owl. I love his sweet little face! My Halloween lack of creativity is starting to show here- store bought leggings and long sleeve t-shirt under the raglan.
