I'm obsessed with the Hamilton ensemble for so many reasons. Firstly and most obviously, their role in the show is SO involved; they sing, dance, and act as characters, consciences, scenery, and other integral elements of the story as a whole. Their diversity of skin colors AND skills is so awesome to see. I also love how versatile their costumes are, how the female ensemble members play soldiers, and how pretty much every ensemble member has notable lines.
I just wanted to start this discussion to talk about all things Hamilton ensemble-related! For those who have seen the show or the [redacted], what are your favorite background/ensemble moments?
I'll also post some links in the comments to some awesome videos about/by the ensemble members that most Hamilton die-hards have already seen but if you haven't, they'll show exactly why the Hamilton ensemble is so awesome.

If you missed it, over the past couple of weeks Sydney Harcourt (James Reynolds, the doctor, Philip Schuyler and understudy for Burr) has been posting AWESOME vocal rehearsal videos to his Instagram . Also a couple of videos with some great ensemble moments: The Hamilton cast sings "What I Did For Love" from A Chorus Line . Such a beautiful tribute. Aaron Burr, Sir Episode 2 . Leslie interviews some ensemble members about dance and personal style. There's also some cool rehearsal footage from Helpless/Satisfied with the cast being silly. I have a huge crush on Sasha Hutchings. Aaron Burr, Sir Episode 3 shows the cast kicking it in Javier's cafecito. They all seem to really get along well. Andrew Chappelle's (swing) Snapchat story from a day when the show was stopped because of a suspicious package on the street. Basically I just want to hang out in the RRT with these people forever. I came away from seeing the show in total and utter awe of the ensemble. They are all so talented and many of them have roles that wouldn't necessarily be considered ensemble in other plays: Samuel Seabury, James Reynolds, William Eaker.
