We just bought a house that has a pulldown Hansgrohe faucet (looks like the Joleena model) with low output.First thing I checked was the mesh screen from the nozzle. I removed and inspected -- it was clean.
I ran the water with the nozzle removed and it was still a weak stream. So it doesn't seem like any blockage in the nozzle assembly.
Then I made sure my hot/cold supply valves were completely open -- they were. And there were no kinks or inline filter screens that I could see.
I disassembled the handle and inspected the cartridge. It was also clean. While the handle was off, I turned the water back on and I got pretty strong flow/pressure from the handle "port" -- so it doesn't seem like it's a plumbing pressure problem.
I'm tempted to buy another faucet but I know Hansgrohe is a good brand and I can't find the usual issues. Any ideas?
