Hansgrohe Cento Kitchen Faucet hose leaking
Hansgrohe kitchen faucet leaking where hose connects to sprayhead --- which part to replace? [video + pic attached]

I have a Hansgrohe kitchen faucet where the water flow goes from high to low and back again after some fiddling. I want to remove the faucet head to clean or repair, but cannot figure out how to get the head off. Do I just clamp the round head and unscrew? Any help is appreciated.
Bought Hansgrohe Cento faucet at Costco 12-14 years ago.
Hose just started leaking. They said "It's a consumable. (Not warrantied) Order 88624000 from Amazon."
Here is what I ordered. $18 prime, two days.
