So finally got my first of the 25% off single item, no exclusions coupon. Wanted to share the data below for anyone looking for an idea on how/when they get them.
Opened up my dummy account on Harbor Freigth's website on 07 July 2023. This account was opened just for the purpose of getting the coupons. Did NOT add my address but I did use my wife's phone # and a secondary email account. Both phone # and email address are different than my primary HFT account that I bought ITC for.
Per tribal knowledge, you have to at least buy something in-store with the dummy account. So I did, on 25 Aug 2023.
After that, waiting game. BUT I stupidly made a purchase by mistake in store with my dummy account's phone # on 05 Oct 2023. Waiting game counter resets.
Got my first 15% off single item, no exclusions coupon on Tue 06 Feb 2024. That's 4 months since last purchase.
Got my first 25% off single item, no exclusions coupon today, 09 Feb 2024. FYI, it does say that the coupon is exclusive to my dummy email account (it has my dummy email printed on it). I still plan to give it a try with my primary email.

I’ve been an ITC member for a year now and never have received one of these coupons. Why do some people receive these and not others and how do I go about getting one? About to purchase a 7x12 mini lathe and it could be useful. Thanks!
