I think Golden Tours is pretty legit and looks like they have tickets for Nov 9th. There are several tour companies that do it though, you just have to read the reviews.
The tour does drop tickets throughout the month though. I went in May and everything was sold out, but tickets opened up 5 days before I left and I managed to get 2. So it may not be completely sold out, just sold out of the tickets they've released. So be sure to keep an eye on the website as well :).

September 15, 2023Going to Harry Potter studio in London tomorrow, anything I should know?
You absolutely need tickets. Don't even think about buying them there. If you can't get them, hotel concierges in London have tons of hook ups. There's a shuttle bus from a nearby train station that takes you straight to the studio. It's a good option. If you want the plastic novelty Butterbeer cup, you don't have to buy a Butterbeer. Most people just abandon theirs so you can just take one, but they're not very good quality so don't get too excited. Bring a pen so you can get the passport and play the little game where you find the snitches in each room. Some of them are pretty tricky. More on reddit.com

January 10, 2023Has Anyone Done the WB Studio Tour in London?
Definitely worth a visit. Two things to note though: Unlike the American parks (or at least the impression I’ve got of them from the internet) this tour is not about letting you pretend you are a character in the world of HP. It’s more of a museum of how the films were made. It includes most of the original sets which is super cool, but it’s not meant to be fully immersive as if you’re in Hogwarts. It’s not in London, it’s in Watford, so it’ll take some time to get there by public transport. Before leaving for London, subscribe for TfL and National Rail alerts to be alerted about potential strikes. More on reddit.com

October 6, 2023WB London Tour Visit - Last Entry Timeslot - what to expect?
Is this the Harry Potter tour? I went at this timeslot. You should be fine. The entire tour takes about 3-4 hours. You'll get a train back unless there are strikes so check for those. There's a restaurant in the middle for food. Just make sure you aren't jetlagged so you can enjoy the whole trip. Edit: there's a free shuttle between the studio and Watford junction station. So there's a very easy way to the studio and back. More on reddit.com
