Ministry - Never seen an attraction with the unleashed imagination and scale this one has. And it has a really strong ride story, too. Pretty much the ultimate Universal ride! Hagrid’s - It’s so good it makes any wait however long worth it! The storycoaster elements are great, but even without them, it’s a (dragon)fire ride! Forbidden Journey - I’ve grown to love this one even more the past several months. I don’t get motion sick so this one hits just right to me, and I love to peek outside the RV to see how they pull everything off. Just really cool! Gringotts - It’s everything it needs to be while making the most of a small space. The finale needle drop hits just right but these days I wish it didn’t brake in front of screen scenes so often and had more moments like the final launch. Hippogriff - It’s here! More on reddit.com

Breakfast at either the Leaky Cauldron or Three Broomsticks, walk around to see all the shops, and if you're feeling spendy, you can get fitted for your robe. Go do the wand ceremony at Ollivander's. If you have/get a wand, you can go around doing spells. You said no rides, but can you ride the train? It connects the Harry Potter areas between both parks. You need a 2 park ticket for the train ride and I'd recommend riding it both ways, as each way is a different experience. Edit to add: Even if you're not riding an attraction, you can ask the attendant to allow you to step inside and walk around to view the queue. Don't miss going inside Gringotts! I haven't been since they built Hagrid's, but if you're a fan of Harry Potter, it's worth it even if you can't do rides. Like legitimately, the theming in the lines, especially Hogwarts, is worth standing in just to see it even if you don't ride the rides. It's so immersive, it's honestly incredible. I do enjoy both of the other rides, but they're honestly so secondary to the experience in general to me. But worth waiting for. I highly recommend that if you go, you get the pass that allows both parks in one day. You have to have this for the Hogwarts Express. Plus, then you can follow Harry's journey by entering from the Universal Studios side. There's a small London set there, where you see things like Kreacher peering out the window of 12 Grimmauld Place. You can head to Diagon Alley, buy an interactive wand, have ice cream from Florean Fortescue's, browse the shops, and when you're ready, head back out to London to King's Cross station and ride the Hogwarts Express to Hogsmeade and get your first view of the castle. Be sure to ride the Hogwarts Express in both directions as it is slightly different each way. If you're able to, going at off-peak times and/or buying the pass that lets you cut wait times down is helpful with the long wait times - though you will miss some of the incredible ride theming that way!
