Hello everyone,
I'm looking for some advice on managing my weight with Hashimoto's disease. I'm a female and have been struggling to find a diet that works for me. Despite being physically active—engaging in light exercise like jogging five times a week—I'm having a hard time keeping the weight off.
I know that Hashimoto's can make weight management challenging, and I'm hoping to find a diet plan that can support my goals. If anyone has tips or experiences to share, especially regarding specific foods to eat or avoid, or any particular diet that has worked for you, I would really appreciate it!
