It seems to be a driver issue. I've tried unplugging the webcam, uninstalling the device in Device Manager, rebooting, etc., but the webcam keeps popping up under both 'Sound, video and game controllers' and 'Other devices' with the 'USB Audio' driver and no driver, respectively. Trying to install the USB video device driver results in an error.

At this point, I'm lost, and this post is my last resort before attempting a return. Any help?

I was hoping to get either your opinion, or your advice on something.

I have the Logitech HD Pro c920 webcam. Really nice webcam. Love it. But I'm looking at others peoples streams that are using the same webcam, and they seem to have a higher quality picture then me when I'm using that cam.

His camera looks a lot clearer then mine. I've run both of these videos through a Twitch VOD Analyzer and it shows that he's running his stream at 2400kbps at 60 fps... I'm running at 2700kbps 30fps.

Would it be because he's running at 60 FPS compared to my 30 FPS?

Is anyone noticing anything here that might be causing a lack of quality? I would like to point out that on the zoom control of the camera, I am zoomed in one click. I also have a desk lamp in front of me with some diffusion paper on it to prevent any harshness from the light.
