I’m so stuck trying to get into keyboards. Been on the hunt for my first non basic. Maybe you’ll find an option that speaks to you through what I’ve found. Stars are my current biggest considerations Wooting * Akko Drunkdeer * Keychron Corsair Everglide (SU68 is supposedly fastest keyboard in the world right now) NuPhy * Iquinix * Good luck to you buddy. I’m rather specifically obsessed with the idea of a 80% low profile 8k+ polling rate HE with actuation prioritization (snap tap, rappy tappy) NuPhy is the only HE low profile in the world at this point, so I’m loosening my grip on LP, still, having a real hard time pulling the trigger on any of this. If this wasn’t for Xbox, my stars might be different, as one of my issues is being able to access the software somewhere besides a computer. Answer from -Luckyshotz93 on reddit.com

Which HE keyboard should I choose for Gaming and Typing? Budget: $100
I am currently using the JET 75, have had it for 10 days and i really like it so far. Can not speak for any of the others since i have not used them. But i do come from the "Corsair K70 MAX HE" that cost close to $300 when i bought it here in Sweden. And i like the feel of the JET 75 better and that only cost me $69. Since i use a numpad rather often i also bought a "ZOUYA GMK26" to go with it. More on reddit.com

I need advice on buying a HE keyboard. Could you guys ...
November 15, 2024 -

Hi! Basically i am Looking for a good HE keyboard which is gonna be used more for gaming that typing.

Can you guys please help me with buying suggestions?

Budget: $ 280

Size: 75% or above

Other: Hall effect, Hot swap and some type of sound dampening. Also, metal case or plate is nice but not a mandatory thing.

Some models I'm considering

- ATK-RS7 PRO

- NuPhy Field75 HE

- Sikakeyb HM80

- MelGeek Made84 Pro

- Pulsar PCMK2 HE TKL

-Other ?

The Wooting 80HE looks like a fine keyboard, but unfortunately the pre order time is quite long.

Any good recommendations?

Question - HE or not HE keyboard? Which pruduct? Please recommend | Tom's Hardware Forum
January 3, 2025 - There is one board I would look to add to your list, which is the Shortcut Studio Bridge 75. It is very similar to the Rainy75 but I think it a little better than the Rainy75 and offers a great budget / starter keyboard. I'm typing on the HE version, as I type now.
