We currently have Plantronics M22 amplifier plus headset. These work reasonably well on our Mitel deskphones and I’ve tested them with yealink T22P, but definitely not an option for use on my laptop.

None of these are cheap headsets, but they seem to work well and have been reliable to date.

I bounce from my PC to my phone a lot. Like...a lot lot. I've tried several bluetooth headsets and haven't found any that sound great for music. I also need good sound quality for calls if possible. I have the Jabra Elite 75T and 1More Quad drivers and I like those. Looking for an over the ear bluetooth headset to add some comfort to my life.

I would look at the Audeze penrose, bose 700, or anything from jabra. These are listed in descending order of sound quality. But all models listed (yes, basically every jabra does this) support multiple simultaneous connections. Which would allow you to switch between pc and phone seamlessly and do what you're asking.
