What Is The Best Material For A Cooling Comforter?
Is There A Cooling Comforter That Actually Works?
Is My Comforter Causing Night Sweats?
Hi all. Trying to find a blanket/comforter for a Queen bed and general use. I sleep hot so something that's cooler would be ideal. Obviously minimal maintenance is ideal too. I am not trying to fuck with hand washing or anything similarly cumbersome.
Some options I've found so far:
Bearaby
Big Blanket Co
Nuzzie
Baloo
Looking for anecdotes, suggestions, experiences, etc. Also if you recall the price that would be appreciated. I know lots of brands inflate pricing this time of year so trying to avoid getting ripped off. Thanks in advance!
Edit: Thanks for the input folks! After some further research going with one from Silk & Snow. Bearaby is too expensive, Nuzzie had some sketchy looking spam in some threads I found, and bead based options just seem like they're a pain / not really what I'm after. I'll add my thoughts on the S&S once I've used it for a bit.
tried a few few down/down alternative comforters and they are all very light, might need to get a blanket. willing to pay a decent amount ($100-$200) to get a decent nights sleep.... have tried weighted blankets - don't want it to be that heavy and also need it to cover a king/cal king bed. TIA!
