The best way to contact Microsoft using the Home chat, access the link below and write "Office" below there will be a Contact Support option.
Enter your details to open the chat and a Microsoft agent will come to assist you.
https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
Hope this helps.
Remember, if it is a Microsoft account for business or school, the institution's IT team must configure it in M365 Admin.

That phone number is bogus. They will not allow you to speak to a representative and your online help is garbage because they don't cover all the issues. That site cannot help me and I'm beyond frustrated and there is no request a call. All you get is automated telling you the email address and the website to get online help and there is nothing on there that even comes close to the issue that I'm having in your stupid drop-down menu. So great support that's all lies

My emails were hacked. MSN has deleted all my emails from msn, a gmail. I'm being punished for being a victim. I'm 86, my tech ability is limited. I need MSN to restore all emails, they took them away, they can restore.
It would be a hassle for me to change emails, but then again this has been a big hassle also.

I've caller every single number on Microsofts support page and even went as far as trying the same numbers while speaking a different language. ALL I GET ARE STUPID AUTOMATED MACHINES!
I essentially need to create a service request to replace a damaged device for a client. It will stay powered on but only with the charger. This is the second user this has happened to.
The first user, I simply created a service request on the ms 365 tenant and got the issue resolved within a week. We got a replacement device before shipping out the damaged device and closed the case.
Now, I don't get the option to create a case with ms support. Their surface support portal doesn't let me create a service request with the issue and advises I contact support. They essentially have me going in circles now. I'm wondering if anyone has had better luck speaking to an ms support agent regarding damaged surface devices.
