Hi! From the look of it I'd still wait a bit. Hermes is known for being unreliable with parcel updates or general delivery time. If you have no update until next week I'd begin looking into it. Especially for parcels going out of country certain things might delay their journey. We have a particularly harsh customs service that will happily take your parcel out of delivery to keep it for two weeks until they find the time to check it. More on reddit.com

An email worked for me in the past. But yes, I don't like their style too much... DHL just leave the package in a shop by default if you are not home. Hermes simply keep trying, never giving up. Nobody is at home in workdays during the morning, just leave the package by default in the shop!! If somebody knows how to tell them to this for all packages by default let me know, apparently I should do it when I order something online case by case through the app, not the website... The customer for Hermes is the sender. They should be dealing with the tracking and investigation, not you. Hermes has GPS tracking for the stops and know exactly when and where a package was dropped. You could always try to file a police report if they will take it and then send that to the sender which should motivate them to start the investigation. I would offer to make the police report first and see if they will initiate the investigation. I've done this in the past where I've told DHL I'm filing a police report and that often works. One time it didn't, so I filed a police report since the value was very high and then DHL took the police report number by fax and then found the package the next day and a depot manager delivered it and was in his personal car. I had to sign a form there which I didn't until I examined the contents. More on reddit.com
