I'm currently dealing with the shitty service that Hermes provides. It's safe to say that you should NEVER WILLINGLY use Hermes. My parcel has been stuck in one of their depots and the tracking detail they've provided just states that "We're sorry your parcel has been delayed, we'll have it on the move in the next 24 hours"... well it's been 12 days and the tracking still hasn't updated and I'm losing faith as the days go by. Their customer service is literally non-existent and it's literally impossible to talk to a human to even possibly try sort this out.
So my question is, have you ever had this kinda issue with Hermes and if so, did it turn up eventually??

According to Hermes, my local courier will deliver my parcel today, which was the 17th of December. I'm still waiting! Tracking has not changed, my enquiry through the help bot has gone nowhere, I haven't had any response and the seller is equally as evasive at getting back to me.
