if you dont mind android R6 Pro 2, if you dont like android then Sp1000m
Shanling is also good but the price has to be cheap, like probably half the sp1000m
R8 and other gen 1 i deemed not worthy due to tuning is not refined, grainy high mid, overly boosted treble.Hiby best dap now is the R6 pro 2, to me its sound better than Hiby 3500$ Dap the RS8

This might shock and surprise you, but you aren't going to hear any difference on your $80 IEMs. If you ran these into some mid priced, full size cans that need a lot of drive, you might hear a difference. Or hooked up to a stereo system. But certainly not through some earphones no matter the hype. More on reddit.com

April 22, 2023 - It has the organic, analog R2R sound that I love, with a very capable and flexible amp section. The overall sound is refined but lively, without any harshness anywhere in the spectrum. I haven’t yet done a head-to-head comparison with my beloved Mojo2, but I’m certain that the RS8 would come out on top in all respects.
