I don't know how well I'm going to explain this, but I'm going to try! The way that I interpret the first line is that he's accusing her of not carrying her weight in their relationship. They get into an argument and he says, "I do all this stuff for you, I took you out on your birthday, I go out to dinner with your family, I got you flowers last week, I watched that show you like with you, I do this and that and the other thing, and you don't ever do anything for me, you didn't even say thank you when I made the bed for you last week, you're just coasting on my feelings for you,"(1) and she's just completely caught off guard. It's not even that their relationship is even actually that one-sided, but she wasn't ready for him to pull this out in an argument and she hasn't been keeping track of what either one of them does for each other, so it's not like she can just pull out "WELL ACTUALLY just last month I went out with your awful friends to that thing YOU wanted to do SO THERE". He's been keeping track of every imagined slight and is ready to pull it out at a moment's notice and that's not a thing that even occurred to her. The second line I think is related but not quite the same - it's about letting go of grudges entirely. Like the rest of long story short, it's about moving on from old wounds and just letting herself be in the moment. No more tallying up past wounds, now I'm just here with you!
