I absolutely adore Vuori joggers. I've had mine for a couple of years now and the only very minor pilling has been along the seams, super minor and very easy to shave off. The fabric itself hasn't pilled at all. Vuori's dreamknit fabric is thin and soft and feels like heaven. I like them because I live in a warm climate and I like to be covered up both in the sun and in over-air conditioned buildings, without baking to death in the heat. They're also very comfortable in cool temperatures, though I wouldn't consider them outdoor winter wear. Also - congratulations!!! More on reddit.com

If i'm going with "designer" sweat pants it's John Elliot, if I weren't going designer (which I almost never would for a piece i'm ultimately going to sleep in) it would be LA Apparel, American Apparel, or Champion Reverse Weave. Imho, the whole "baggy around the shoe" look is going to be a flash in the pan. Once Gen Z realizes walking around with disgusting pant legs from street grime is not it, it will be over. Trying to rebuild my wardrobe from scratch after having a baby. I lost all the weight I gained but all my clothes either fit different or are just not my style anymore. Right now I am drawn to athleisure and comfy casual. I’m a stay at home mom to my 8 month old, so it needs to be easy to move around in but also look put together enough that I don’t feel self conscious walking around the block or going to the store.
I don’t have a ton of money to spend on this, I’m looking to buy like 3-4 pairs of pants to rotate through and around 5-6 tops. However, I want them to be quality and able to stand up to repeated washing and a lot of wear. I recently bought a pair of dick sporting goods brand cotton sweatpants, but after 3 months there is a lot of fabric pilling in the thigh area :( does anyone have any recommendations for a pair that won’t do this?

I'm working on my capsule wardrobe and have arrived at sweatpants/joggers (need to be cinched at the ankle) as my best option for pajama pants. I'm looking for a plain white pair that are high-waisted but don't dig into the waist; maybe a more wide, soft waistband? I prefer 100% cotton but am open to blends if they're truly comfy. also, a given: something I won't appear to be drowning in (5'1") 😅 TIA!!

Vuori might be your best bet, although idk if they carry them in white. They are very soft, def feel more like pajama pants and are not compressive. My only complaint is that they are mid-rise, but I have a long torso.
