I have no idea why they changed their name from Houston's to Hillstone several years ago. What I do know is that they are still the same great restaurant with the same exceptional service. Nice upscale feel. I love all of their food but their hamburger is still one of my favorite. Years ago Oprah named one of the hamburgers from Houston's as one of the best in the country...and they are still hitting a home run with their hamburger.

We had our 70 year old friend with us who has two hip replacements. Our table was not available and there was nowhere to sit - either at the bar or in the waiting area. We stood for 45 minutes waiting and finally got a table. The food was ok but don't go there and expect your table to be ready if you have a reservation.
