I don’t know if this is just because I’m used to Amazon responding times or something, but does anyone else find the hollister WhatsApp customers service REALLY slow? Like it takes about 30mins-1hr between responses, are they just really understaffed or are they purposely that slow? I thought because it was a texting channel that once you get put through to someone that they’d stay on the chat until the issue is resolved but is this just not the case? Sorry if my message sounds irritable but I just find almost 4 hours for 3 messages and to be put through to an email team shocking
I made an order at Hollister for the first time two weeks ago that I was super excited to receive. The order was 14 items, pretty big. Today I got notified that it was finally delivered but when I got home it was a tiny package and when I opened it, it only had one T-shirt on it. I checked on the website since all of the times I checked before I never said that it was a split order and yeah it said that it was just one package with all 14 items and even had confirmed in the tracking information and email delivery confirmation that all items had been delivered in that parcel. So basically they forgot to send me 13 items. I have messaged and tried to call them but I haven’t received an answer yet. I’m just very upset because I’ve been waiting for so long and It will probably take other two weeks to come if they still have the items in stock.
I bought a gift on December 7th. The estimated shipping date was Dec 11th. I received a notification saying it would be delayed due to black friday which was fine. I called them on the 16th they told me to wait until the 18th, which i did. I called again on the 18th and was informed that my order was sold out.. I decided to place a second order with expedited shipping. My order was supposed to arrive on the 21st i called them and they said the order might arrive on the 24th!!! Mind you I'm travelling on the 24th and I have no time to get something else as everything will be closed tomorrow! I just received an email saying that my order might be delayed until the 26th what the hell is this unreliability. I'm so pissed.
so I work at hollister (recent hire)and we’ve been using Whatsapp as a way to communicate about availability, shift changes, more hours, etc. However today, the manager said “in order to comply with company guidelines, we will be retiring this group chat”.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is this a new thing or is it only our store?
Also if you are part of a hollister that doesn’t have a group chat, how do yall pick up shifts? bc I already don’t get scheduled AT ALL and that group chat helped me pick up shifts but now that’s looking impossible.
