I will never spend another dime at Home Depot

I had a similar conversation with HD. I bought an appliance online, drove two hours to pick it up, drove home and installed a few days later only to find the appliance was faulty. I spent a good deal of time talking to people from GE (coincidence but perhaps relative) via email and telephone. They couldn't find a certified repairman in my area and eventually refunded my money. I noticed my local HD seems to never have any scratch and dent appliances, are they selling them to a company that fixes them up or what? Lowe's always has a whole section of em.

we dont usually get appliance returns so the only appliances sold off the floor aside from a select few instock are just displays being clearanced out.

HD doesn't (generally) stock major appliances. The store is just a showroom and the appliances are either delivered from a warehouse or directly from the manufacturer. We don't have any damaged appliances for sale because we don't have any appliances to damage.
