I recently got rehired at Home Depot and I'm having a lot of trouble logging into Workday. Here’s the situation:

I worked at Home Depot a few years back and I’ve been given the same User ID and Associate ID as before. I was instructed to sign into Workday with these credentials, but no matter what password I tried, it didn’t work.

We then tried to create a new account via MyApron, but kept running into errors or messages saying I was already in the system. We attempted the "forgot my password" option and successfully reset it, but I still get the message "We didn't recognize the username or password you entered. Please try again" every time I try to log in.

We've tried using both my User ID/LDAP and my Associate ID for the login, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice or tips you could provide would be immensely useful. Thanks in advance for your help!

TL;DR: Rehired at Home Depot, can't log into Workday with old credentials or new ones. Reset password but still getting errors. Need help!

I have all my w-2s for my other jobs this year. I quit maybe 3 months into last year, and just want to get my damn W2 so I can do my taxes already lmao.

I tried signing into workday, even though try as I might to forget everything about that company, I still somehow remember my LDAP. it won't send me an email, I can't get a text code cause I don't work there anymore, thus I can't recreate my password. does anyone have any single idea how to get my w2? I WILL wait, if I have to, but I really don't want to.
