Homemade edible Christmas gifts which will last a couple of weeks?

For the past few years I've tried to save money by making gift baskets of homemade food items. It's fun to spend a couple of weeks mass producing different treats, and it feels more meaningful that I've made everything by hand. Here are some of the things I've made in the past: little jars of Dulce de Leche, cherries soaked in maraschino liquor, limoncello, beef jerky, candied pecans, bottles of balsamic reduction, and "Old Fashioned/Manhattan kits" (not homemade, but it fit with the theme).
I'm running a bit low on inspiration for this year. Does anyone have ideas for food that can be made in bulk?

Thank you all so much for the amazing suggestions!
I've created an article with 85 of my favorite consumable gift ideas divided into categories. The items within each category are categorized from cheaper to more expensive ones (starting from $10). You can check it out if you like. Cheers!
