Honda self-propelled mower: (Purchased 2016)
So, my Honda mower wasn't self propelling anymore.
I flipped it over (pulled spark plug wire first, fuel cutoff, pulled air filter). I saw that the belt had slipped off the pulley, so I took off the blades, center hub and bracket, reseated the belt on the pulley and adjusted the belt tightness. Put it back together.
It works now, but I noticed 2 things:

It's very sensitive now: barely have to hold the variable speed lever to get it moving.

When I lift the rear of mower off the ground, the rear wheels spin quickly, while I'm not engaging the variable speed lever.
Is that normal? I don't recall now if the wheels normally spin without engaging the self propelled lever.
