We are currently staying at Hotel Indigo in Silverthorne in a two-bedroom suite. We checked in on July 1 and were informed at check-in that our key cards would not work, so any time we want to access our room, we have to wait for a front desk staff member to escort us. When we asked about breakfast, we were told there was an issue and that breakfast would not be available at all.
