Hello Dunja G! I am Gunasekar and I will be happy to help you with your question.
Losing important emails can be quite frustrating. But you can take a few attempts to recover lost emails.
Have you checked out Outlook web Online?
- Sign in to Outlook Web (www.outlook.com) in a browser.
- In the left pane, select the deleted items folder.
- At the top of the message lists, select deleted items from this folder.
- Select the items you want to recover and click the Restore button.
Items you choose to recover will be returned to their original folders.
I will share some Microsoft self-help articles to recover deleted data from your Outlook account.
