I placed an order for a bed for $1,853.13 with Houzz which was not fulfilled. I attempted to obtain accurate tracking information and, with no response in 3 1/2 weeks, I attempted to cancel the order and requested a refund.

Answer (1 of 3): I love Houzz, I can get lost in the photos for hours. Don’t look at it and expect to duplicate the design 100%. When people don’t knw what they like I encourage people to find color schemes that they feel speaks to them.
