As a general rule, I view IT strategy books on new technology as being obsolete by the time they're printed. This is the sort of thing you research via blogs, conferences and/or reaching out to peers that have done this. For right now, AI is a soup of buzzwords, with precedents like "cyber" or "e-" or "crypto" or "blockchain". Most of the strategies being pitched for all of them were by self-proclaimed experts who could all tell you how to get rich with it. The simple rule of all emergent technology is: does it fill a need your organization has or could it improve something you do? If not, just ignore it. For me, I can see a chatbot being incorporated into our helpdesk program. We use AI tools to help with developing scripts. Some people use it as personal assistant tech. There's a number of applications, but we don't go whole hog in trying to find all of them until we've gone over business processes first. More on reddit.com
