ETA: The bot ended up having the answer I needed. Target’s customer service documented the problem and gave me a refund. That being said, I’m leaving this post up in case anyone else has had the same issue with these headphones.
Original Post: Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice on the best place to report an issue with a product.

I have owned previous models of this headphone style without any issues. The ones I bought most recently, however, have a problem. The lowest possible volume setting on them is so incredibly loud compared to the previous ones I have owned. It’s so loud that I can hear sound coming from them clearly even when they aren’t on my ears. I’m not sure if the other colors on this listing have the same problem, but it feels like a manufacturing flaw that needs to be reported to someone. I was going to just call the Online Orders phone number, but is there another phone number that would be better to call instead?
