Every time I try to contact corporate offices to resolve an issue (that I was directed to corporate to resolve by employees of a store) I just get thrown into the regular customer service system. Part of my issue has been the sheer incompetence of their customer service reps and outright lies they’ve told me to resolve an issue. What’s the real number?

You gotta call the 888 number and as the robot is telling you your options you have to press #*##**##*#*#*#**###**#*#** and then the following sequence very carefully: 0118 999 881 999 119 7253, wait 32.6 seconds and then press 0118 999 881 999 119 7253 again. You should get Corie Barry's direct line. If you don't get Corie Barry, you fucked up and have to hand up and start again.

Who exactly at corporate are you trying to talk to? What department do you think handles customer issues? I hate to break it to you, but customer service is who handles customer issues. It's in the name. Anyone who works for corporate that doesn't work for one of the many customer service teams will not know how to resolve whatever your issue is because well, that's not their job. The only people at corporate who can assist with a customer issue are people who work for one of the customer service teams. So that said, what's the issue you're trying to have resolved? Maybe one of us can offer some advice.

You’re on the subreddit full of disgruntled current/former employees, this is the last place to get useful advice. Also see in your post history you posting a rant about orange theory. It’s entirely possible that your complaint is valid, but really the question is: what do you want out of complaining? A gift card? Go to the store you ordered it from. Something else? Good fuckin luck, you’re gonna get Jack shit.
