I recently purchased the Voyager 5200 and have connected it to my Windows 10 PC via bluetooth. It works during conference calls, but I see the Plantronics Hub does not detect it as connected. The headset only shows up in the hub when I connect the headset via USB to charge it. I believe because of this I'm also missing out on functionality such as the mute button muting me in a Teams call, but it doesn't.
