Title pretty much says it all. Ordered an item almost a month ago. Didn't arrive on scheduled date. Had to reach out to CS and for the past two weeks I've had to constantly pull teeth to get any type of information regarding my order from them. At no point in time have they been proactive in providing me updates on my order or in telling me how they plan to make this massive delay for me right. I just want to reach out to someone in the organization who may actually be able to change how things are handled. Thanks!
I don't think this 100% belongs here, but not really sure where else to post it where it'd actually get responses and someone must have experience with it. Feel free to let me know a better place.
For my job, I have been contacting Sam's Club via Phone for 2 weeks because they have not re-shipped out our coffee order. The order got damaged in shipment, shipped back to the shipper, and then marked as DELIVERED in their system. :|
Their reps try to assist, but then encounter a technical error. Last week I was told I'd be contacted by a supervisor within 24 hours (lolno), yesterday I was told I was being transferred to Order Fulfillment and then the line went dead after ringing for 5 seconds. I have called 7 times now.
As of yesterday, it's been 4 weeks since I even placed the order.
I would e-mail them, but I'm not sure they'd even look at it/speak with me given that I'm not my office manager. Her account is the one we use for our orders.
I'm just at a loss. I've never had such bad customer service with a big name before. How do I get to someone who can override or whatever? We just want a refund at this point, but again, their reps encounter a technical error and have in fact told me to call back later.
