Per the iTunes Store — Terms and Conditions
Answer from jaberg on Stack ExchangeIf a credit card or your PayPal account is being used for a transaction, Apple may obtain preapproval for an amount up to the amount of the order. Billing occurs at the time of or shortly after your transaction. If you are using 1-Click purchasing or your PayPal account, your order may be authorized and billed in increments during one purchasing session, so it may appear as multiple orders on your statement. If an iTunes Card, iTunes Store Gift Certificate, or Allowance Account is used for a transaction, the amount is deducted at the time of your transaction. When making purchases, content credits are used first, followed by Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits; your credit card or PayPal account is then charged for any remaining balance.

From my experience and from checking the last couple of months of receipts my average is 24-72 hours with the longest being just under 2 weeks.
Hey r/Macbook,
So I just ordered a new MacBook Air (2020) today and from what I've read from the Apple website, it takes around 45 minutes to process an order.
It's been around 6 hours since I placed the order, and at this point I'm hoping it'll get processed tomorrow (considering it is still a business day).
I called Apple Sales once an hour and a half has passed and they mentioned that the product will be shipped overseas. I kind of thought, hey, it must be coming from American inventories or something. It completely slipped my mind that it could be shipped from the manufacturers in Asia. I'm getting it delivered to Canada.
So I kind of need this MacBook at least when April starts. I'm a student and I have a shitload of fear at the moment about how I'm going to be writing my tests by the time it's April. They gave me an arrival date of March 25 to March 27, but I think it's going to change once they actually get it shipped.
If it helps, I shopped through their Education Store online and when I called sales a few days ago; they mentioned that they'd email me about additional documentation. When can I expect that?
It also doesn't help the anxiety considering the fact that supply chains to Canada is starting to slow down...
I recently released an app, and of course I bought my in app purchase to kick off the app, and see how it works on the app store connect side. This was about a week ago.
I can see the credit card transaction happened on my end, and that the feature is available, but over the past week, nothing in App Store Connect reflects that purchase.
To double check, I had a friend also download the app and purchase the in app purchase, and this too showed they bought it on their card, and the feature is available, but so far nothing is shown in App Store Connect. This was about 24 hours ago.
So, I'm in this weird situation where people are being charged money, the feature is becoming available after, but Apple isnt registering the transactions.
Is this typical? If not, has anyone experienced this before? How did you resolve it?
Feels an awful lot like Apple is getting paid but not showing me my cut, which is concerning.
