If you're not trolling, Furmark doesn't stop. It's supposed to be a stress test, that you run for a while to see what your max temperatures are. Typically you run the card for about 30 minutes, and if it doesn't have any failures, it's a good card. If you've run it for 14 hours, and it hasn't failed, you've certainly got a good card. Record the max temp of the card, then end the run. Answer from What_is_a_reddot on reddit.com

How long should I run furmark? | Tom's Hardware Forum
December 15, 2015 - I wouldn't use furmark. Its mostly only for checking if your overclock is going to fail because of high temperatures. Overclocks can fail for alot of reasons, heat being only one. Just do 4-5 runs of heaven and if you make it through that you should be golden.

I don’t know what these other comments are on about. I beat Furmark in 6 hours (got the “bad” ending).

How Long Does Furmark Stress Test Take? – World Of Medic
Inefficient gfx real power will prevent the software from making good use of it. I would say that furmark uses more calculations and memory intensive routines than other companies. Exercise stress tests usually take between 10 and 15 minutes to complete, but part one takes about 30 to 45 minutes.

January 17, 2013 - Furmark is crazy, you'll never hit those loads for an extended period of time. I really wouldn't run it longer than a few minute interval. The others, as long as you're not overheating, should be fine at any time interval.

so basically furmark doesn’t really end itself, it just runs and usually i run it for 30 mins but after 30 mins i just close the window, but where do i get the results and score? how do i properly end the test to get the results?

The scores are from the 1 minute tests. You've run stress test, which is meant to, well, stress test the GPU. Run the "Benchmark 1080p" and other resolutions to run the scored tests. They take one minute, and at the end, window will popup with your score with option to submit it.

Furmark is a stress test, not necessarily intended as a measured performance test. It's mostly to test cooling and stability after overclocking, if it crashes then you need to dial it back. The numbers aren't really gonna mean anything.
